Work with Us.
Housemark is building a small roster of experienced cleaners in the greater Houston area. You work as an independent contractor: we find the clients and handle the scheduling, you do what you're good at.
How it works
- We send you available jobs in your area by text — accept the ones that fit your schedule, pass on the rest.
- You keep an agreed upon percentage of every job you complete.
- Housemark bills the client. You're paid directly for the jobs you complete.
- You keep 100% of tips.
This is 1099 contract work, not employment. You set your own schedule and are free to work with other clients or platforms at the same time.
What we're looking for
- Experience cleaning homes professionally
- Reliable transportation
- Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Professional and trustworthy — you'll be alone in someone's home
- Available for at least 2–3 jobs a week to start
